I made major changes to my diet (aka, what I eat everyday) in June of 2010. I weighed 203 lbs. at the time and I was working out a lot. I went to the gym Friday and weighed in at 177.5 lbs. I think that I was about 17 last time I weighed that much. I am now 99% vegetarian. I only eat some select fish and shrimp (grilled or sauteed) a couple times a month.
I now stay away from all milk, cheese, beef, chicken, pork, turkey, fast "food" and all processed foods. I have the same (or more) energy levels as I did when I was a teenager! I really challenge all my readers to look at the other posts I have on this blog and watch all the movies I have posted.
